The National Team at the Minneapolis Airport where amazing! My husband had set up my reservation incorrectly. They had no issues with making the correction and giving me the same premium car with the same rate! Fantastic experience.
Good choice of cars available in the lane and fast out of the lot with my rental. This particular rental I was disappointed with how much trash was still in the car from previous renter. Receipts, wrappers, misc food bits under the seats and in the compartments of the car. National is usually better than that.
National car rental employees are not truthful and not helpful. I understand they are not liable for what is left in the vehicle, but that doesn’t mean you take advantage of that policy and steal items that are left. Extremely disappointed with National.
I Accidentally left something in the car after 2 long days of traveling for work. Realized I left a Christmas purchase in the back seat of the car when I arrived home from my travel. I called and spoke to several associates with National and 1 or of 7 people were helpful. The manager of this location was very adamant that they were not in there. But I have camera footage of me putting them in the back seat when I left work. The employees are not ethical and stole the items I left. The manager was also not helpful as he said “there’s nothing we can do.”
Love National. This location was clean,. Check out was a breeze, at least I thought. Mentioned to attendent at check out that the vehicle did not have a full tank of gas (5/8ths), he said he made note, I returned car with 7/8ths and was charged the difference. Check in attendant was extremely nice and voided the charge. Emerald Executive Aisle was lacking compared to other locations unless you consider a Malibu an Executive Aisle car? Plenty of those.
