I’m when we picked up our car it took over an hour because the man at the counter didn’t know what he was doing, and said that the card I gave him isn’t the card I booked the car with. (I promise it was, I went back and checked the charges to the card.) he was rude and insisted it was my fault, I finally demanded to be helped by someone else who WAS able to help us. Now we are returning the car and we have been sitting her for 30 minutes already just waiting to drop it off. I’m going to lose my mind. Do yourself a favor and just rent your car elsewhere. This was a cheep option but clearly this is why. Ridiculous.
I had a good experience here. The agent was very helpful and friendly. Rented a car on 6/9/17. Was satified with everything, esp the car and the cheaper price that they were offering compared to other rentals. Would love to come back again.
Understaffed location. Took over an hour to get rental car and I was the only customer. There is no parking lot attendant so guy at front desk has to walk up to the parking lot and back every time he needs to check on anything. I was given a car that the bumper cover was coming off and he didn't want to give me another vehicle. Luckily I noticed it before exiting the lot and then had to go through a maze to find the budget area inside the parking ramp. Then had to go back downstairs and have a damage report filled out because he didn't want me to have another vehicle. Report was to indicate damage to the vehicle was done prior to my rental. There are only 20 stalls so not a lot of vehicles and choice is not an option. I chose this location because it was a few minutes from my home compared to the airport. But since it took so long to actually get the rental car it was the same as if I would have gone to the airport. And when I walked in the second time there was another upset customer. He was saying "I knew I shouldn't have rented here when I saw the other lady complaining about your service." All in all do yourself a favor and avoid this location. It seems like a low "Budget" Budget. I won't be renting from this location anymore.
