Servers are real good. Haven't seen service up to this level for some time. Blake was our server and he was super informative and quick.

Super convenient downtown Minneapolis location. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. We were driving away with two vehicles within 10 minutes of arriving and drop off was even quicker. Would very much recommend Enterprise.
I have been a long time member of Enterprise no matter what city I live in. So here in my new city of Minneapolis, the impeccable service continued. Enterprise picked me up at my location, and upgraded free of charge to a great sports vehicle. Thanks Enterprise and keep up the good work.
The pick-up and drop-off where very good as well as the overall service. My complaint is that the car I was offered (which was the only non-minivan option) smelled horribly of smoke and the windshield wiper fluid was out/didn't work. I was offered a minivan instead, but did not want to drive a car that large. I really don't think cars that smell so badly of smoke should still be rented out.
