Charged $700 for a missing hub cap after being run off the road. Bogus charges for "other damage." Pictures showed the damage on the side of missing hubcap, but the car pictured has the cap that was missing. Complete bs. Stay away.
Was charged an additional $231.39 for returning my car to Terminal 2 when I had picked it up from terminal 1.
I left my brand new iPad in the rental car on a business trip. I was so sad when I realized this, as I was sitting on the plane taxiing for take-off! I quickly texted my husband to see if he could call them. He only got to an automated lost and found - feels so futile when you cannot talk to a person!
I decided to call Alamo at MSP directly, and their admin (Ericka Holmes) picked up my call. She made my day when after a very thorough description she said, "we have it!"
