The most,horrible experience at a restaurant ever!!! We had reservations for 1pm . We got to our table and ordered by 1:15 pm. We received bread, which was soggy. After that we waited till 3pm to get our meal which was not that great at all. They were also out of several dishes on the menu.The restaurant was so cold , I was even cold with my winter jacket on the entire time. There also was no warm or hot water in the bathroom which also was filthy. Our waitress was rude and wouldn t even give us a discount for waiting 2 hours.I will never come back to this unorganized dump. This was at your Maple Grove location.
Great food and service. Family style menu requires coordination with your party but the servers are eager to help. The “small”portions are pretty big and go a long way. Don’t pick too many items or there will be a lot of left overs.
I was in town for business a few weeks ago for lunch and decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. The astmosphere was great. I ordered eggplant Parmesan, it was wonderful. It was stacked so high I had to use a steak knife to eat it. It came out steaming hot. The waiter was very attentive as well. I'd eat here again!
Food s fine. Service got room for improvement. 1, Asked for warm water, cups are dirty. 2, Changed cup, new water is boiling hot instead of warm. 3, asked for napkin, waiter was playing mobilephone and did not answer. 4. Knife for Meatball came with the handle touching the meatball .
We were here on October 14 while in Minneapolis for the Youth in Music Marching Band competition. We ate here with our Marching Cardinals and chaperones...200 teens and adults. The food was excellent. Service was fantastic. Thank you for the great experience!
