Our food arrived promptly and was well prepared. I had the bbq ribs and they were surprisingly really good. I have to give them credit. My compliments. All the others were very happy with their food as well.
Horrible for a Friday night. Waited almost as long for the server to take our order as it did for the drinks to last arrive (Both were way to long). Had enough time to decide on food as well prior to drink order. Our food arrived at the same time our drinks did so the drinks took Way too long. When the food arrived, French onion soup bowl was half full with what looked like a slice of the cheese on it... Or in the bowl.

It has been quite a while since I went to Friday's, can't wait to go back. The ribs with bacon are to die for. Jason was an outstanding server, never made me wait for anything. Thanks for the great food and service!
I gave it a 4, but it could have been 5. My wife and I recently joined 2 other couples for a Saturday 6pm dinner. After calling a number of restaurants, TGI FrIday got us right in. The server was actually training her brother that night. Both were pleasant, able to answer our questions about the entrees, and a lot of fun.
Service was slow when they weren't very busy. It took 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order, several more minutes to get our drinks, food came out fast, but dessert took 15 minutes and came out as a brownie in ice cream soup. We sent it back, and the replacement was much better. There was drunken karaoke going on, which was entertaining although unexpected for this type of establishment. My steak was overcooked, and my soup came out with my meal. The beer was good, and they're open late, but they switched to fried food only at 11:00.
Great food and a really good beer selection. Very friendly staff as well. Nathan the bartender is amazing! They also have a really good rewards program.
Very disappointed.
It was also not so blasted loud that we couldn't talk. I hate that. It was busy, but we were able to converse very well. After thinking about the whole evening, I really can't think of anything negative about our dining experience there.
