Excellent pizza, hot, delicious and delivered ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend
Usually don't do this but this is the second time this has happened. Been going through this location for over 4 years, these past two months on two occasions I've found a long hair in my pizza. I honestly just throw it away, tell your employees to wear hair nets and be more careful. Disgusting. I'll stick to pizza luce now, don't care it's more expensive at this point. Informed them of last time and didn't even get a call back from the manager, employee said he or she was gone for the night. Won't bother this time.
First time, delivery guy messes up on my order and comes back 1 hr later to fix his mistake. What the hell? Second time, I decide to give them another chance, they screw up again. Delivery driver never came. My phone was dead, so once I charged it, I saw I had a miss call from them. No door bell rung, nothing. Just a missed call. You would think that you're ordering stuff, they would just ring the bell, not call.
I'm done with Saprino. Not going to order from them ever again.
Good pizza. Good price. Giving it a 3/5 because I called in from my hotel which is 2 minutes of a walk away, and I was told they deliver to the door, which is great, BUT I ordered my pizza with a bottled drink. I know it was bottled because the man over the phone told me they do not do cans, just bottles. I agreed and proceeded. The delivery did not come with my drink and when I called back, the man over the phone told me they'd send it in 45 minutes. The walk is 2 minutes, and although I could've done it, I chose not to because it was a delivery service they were to provide. They had insisted they didn't charge and I had insisted that they can charge me for it, as I originally wanted it anyways. They still said 45 minutes. Ugh.
Good standard pizza, friendly service, delivered when they said they would.
