There was a cockroach in our room. The staff seemed uncertain of how to handle this. We eventually got a new room, but it was the middle of the night. Not very happy with this experience in a supposedly 4 star hotel. Some other small details: there was no ice or ice machine in the room that said ice. The listing also said shower/tub combo, but there was only a walk in shower and no tub. On the plus side the bed was comfortable (once you forget about the roach) and the location was right in the middle of down town close to stadiums, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. Overall, the cockroach incident and false info ruined the experience and I wouldn't stay here again.
The hotel had been renovated since I had last stayed there. The room was great, the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful the little I interacted with them. The only downside was that parking wasn't included, or if it was, it didn't work for me with the room key like it used to.
A very nice hotel located right downtown. The room was fantastic, a great size, with a modern bathroom and big comfy bed. The staff is great and I loved the beers available at the bar downstairs. Attached to a mall with lots of great stores and restaurants.
Great location, restaurant and bar. Very nice clean and we'll kept. Very nice room, but would have loved the pillows to have been more firm.
Wonderful! The Marquette is my pick for best Minneapolis hotel. I love that it is in the IDS Center (my favorite skyscraper on earth). The view from the massive windows in the guest rooms is incredible. The staff, particularly Jorge, is extremely accomodating. The decor is wonderful - a mix of photos and art from historical Minneapolis set in a West Elm-style clean, modern setting.
