Pretty nice hotel; you can tell they've done some rennovating in the rooms. The in-hotel restaurant is fine, if way overpriced. Staff is friendly!
Many warning signs in the parking saying "park at your own risk" . We laughed. I asked why, and they said there are no security cameras. The very next morning, the side of our car got hit, but we could not complain anywhere. They could not even put salt to melt the ice in this freezing weather. The parking lot is dangerous. But the rooms are nice and clean
Customer service here has been exceptional which makes up for the missing amenities at a typical DoubleTree. Adrian, at the front desk has been amazing. His clear communication, professionalism in a limited environment and follow up has been precise which is rare to find in this industry.

Decent value for money with slightly dated rooms, unfortunately not much selection when choosing a room via the Hilton app. For example, we were only offered a double bed room when there were king bed rooms available, which is also what we prepaid for. Staff was nice and helpful though.
My experience was more then I had expected. Fancy lighting, fancy rooms and fantastic service. Food was great and definitely a great place to stay.
This hotel is a conversion from a Crowne Plaza and updates are in progress. There is no executive level, however they have happy hour in the lobby onTuesday and Wednesday evenings. Lobby is updated and has full service bar and dining.
