*TV remote didn't work
My family stayed here for a few days during a hockey tournament. I see lots of people got a better deal than we did. We payed almost $90 a night for this hotel! It wasn't worth it.

I called and spoke with the food and beverage manager, and basically I was told to F-Off, their policy is that they had NO Signage for a Buffet, and that included a 20% gratuity for probably the RUDEST servers in the world.

Shabby, musty, dingy hotel. I booked for travel in the area. The room and hallways were musty and humid. The toilet was dirty when I got into the room with stains around the rim. How hard is it to bleach and scrub a toilet? I was smelling something funny in the bathroom, and upon research I found the vent in the shower didn't have any suction, I think it was blowing in to the bathroom. The bathtub had a greasy feeling in the bottom like soap scum. It was disgusting.

STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THE SERVERS IN THE DINNING AREA ARE THIEVES! THEY CHANGE THE TIPS ON THE BILLS, IF THEY DO NOT LIKE THE AMOUNT THAT WAS WRITTEN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Food at Lombard's restaurant was great...service of the wait staff and bar for the restaurant was also great...staff of the hotel was horrid...no promised wake-up call Saturday morning(we will see if we get one on Sunday!); housekeeping let my in-laws into our room to retrieve their room key without us present; other guests woke my husband and I up at 12:15 for being loud in the hallway, called front desk and as of 1:01 no response had yet been made. In my opinion, come here to enjoy the lounge and restaurant, stay next door at the AmericInn!
Onto the important stuff, the sheets were very thin/almost threadbare. The carpets were dirty with snags hanging loose on the surface. The tall floor lamp was broken, the electrical wires were exposed and the bulb holder dangled.
There are plenty of places to stay in town, this one wasn't worth the $87 I paid per night.
