Service is top shelf. Nice rooms. Kip's Restaurant is very good, too. If you use Marriott app it is awesome before, during and after the stay.
I was surprised to see this bright new facade when we drove by today! Hopefully my upcoming stay will find the interior just as refreshed.
The Minneapolis Marriott west is very clean and quiet. Everything is brand new and the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. There is a pub downstairs that offers classic selection of drinks and generous happy hour.
I stayed here just before the renovations began. The staff were attentive, we were upgraded to an enormous suite. The room was nice—the bed, linens and toiletries all quality. But the overall aesthetic was seriously dated.
Attended an all day conference at the hotel. The food they served was really good. I thought the room was a good size for 150 people
There parking was great and free. There wasn’t an issue getting a space which is a huge deal for me. The lobby area was updated and great with easy accessible restaurants, pool, and workout space. The lady at the desk was amazing and she greeted me right away and made the check in process quick and painless she asked about me and my day and why I was staying which made me feel important. I got to the room and it looked brand new, like it was never slept in. The bed was comfortable, the towels were fresh and fluffy. The workout space was nice and intimate and the new dumbbells and towels to clean my sweat was convenient, I didn’t have to use my shirt to clean the sweat. The overall experience was nice and I’d definitely stay there again
