Ramp C is worth every damn dollar to avoid having to drive around the city. Pull right in off the highway, easily pull right back on when you’re done. Connects straight to the skyway even. Wonderful.
We were just taking pictures for a class project and some random guy said we needed to leave because we didn't have permission. When we asked who to contact to get permission because we loved the top view so much, he was rude and had no interest in directing us to the necessary people to obtain one.
Always dirty, and even lacked to put up notices when they were cleaning and got my car extra filthy from the pressure sprayer! But it is pretty much my only option for contract parking close to home, and they increased the monthly charge right after I signed up so I gave 2 stars.
Regardless, seriously??? A Picture? Not only that, all but 1 person who was in our group was parked at their ramp (which we all expressed that before asking about the permit) and there was 6 of us. So basically, we paid them to get kicked off of the property. Needless to say I haven't been back in any of their parking ramps ever since. It's amazing how 1 bad experience changes your outlook on a company and what they represent for the community.
$8/day for early bird, and something like up to $15 or so otherwise. The earlybird arrival window is 6-9AM which kinda sucks, I'd prefer it to be 5-9.
Great clean parking garage. Specially their "early bird" rate is great at $8,- a day when you enter before 9 am.
Recent price increases make this a much less appealing ramp to use. They were quite necessary though, the ramp tended to fill up completely before 9AM. Now it's half empty at that time.
Facilities are decent.
The carpooling plan is the best in the entire city at $20/mo. Highly recommended.
Staff in C are rude. I have herd many stories from friends and never had my own experience until earlier this summer.
ZERO security cameras beyond the entrance and exit. I was hit three times in this ramp, spoke with their security, and was told they couldn't help me because they didn't want to let the public know which cameras were real and which were fake. Turns out only the entrance, exit, and stairwell cameras are real. A pity.
