Early bird parking rate is reasonable for downtown. Just be aware many people parking here are going to traffic court for a reason.
Absolute ripoff. If you get there before 9am you will pay a reasonable daily rate, otherwise it's extortion (think $20+ for 45 mins of parking, goes up from there). Avoid it like the plague.
I parked there for just under three hours and paid $32. It used to not be horrible to park here, but as others say, they've raised their rates. Wish I would've checked reviews before parking.
Great access to everything in the area. The machine wouldn't read my ticket, and assistance was quick to help when called. Was able to get out without paying, which was an unexpected bonus!
