Terrible parking ramp. The doors lock after 5 without any notice or signs. Met a friend for dinner and was unable to get back into the ramp. I had to walk up the entire entrance ramp on foot to get my car. The directions for paying were extremely confusing. Never parking here again.
Never EVER park here. They overcharged us, locked us out of the doors we exited from, gave us no direction on how to get into the ramp to find our car (another annoyed customer helped us), and then it took nearly an hour to get out. NEVER PARK HERE. Denison Parking is THE WORST.
Do not EVER park your car with them. They're cheap so that's exactly how they will treat your car! The MANAGER of the ramp crashed multiple cars herself since they've opened! So they are already owing people money. Also, please note that if you're minority of ANY sort expect to be treated with LESS customer service from every Caucasian staff. This place needs a whole new team, like seriously.

Car was safe but no reason for a $1.75 credit card surchage on a $44 purchase. Not reasonable.
