Horrible customer service, got car covered on sealant stuff on their ramp and no response what so ever from IP. Also people in phone give you incorrect info.

I parked at this ramp on Saturday April 9th, 2016. The sign advertised 2 hour parking for $2.00 and parking aver 2 hours at something like $5.00. We returned in 1 hour and 15 minutes, inserted our parking ticket and debit card as instructed and were told by a recorded voice, as our card was returned to us, that we would be charged $5.00. No receipt. Never again at this ramp. Stay away!
