Rose's Daughters is top rate. They moved my parents from their home to a senior apartment. They truly understand the emotions and difficulties involved with such a big move. They do everything from packing, moving, unpacking and turning the new place into home. They do it with compassion and sensitivity and everything is perfect. I can't say enough good about this company and the employees. They do it all! They even helped shovel snow so that the move could take place!
Rose's Daughters helped move my grandparents into Assisted Living. The move, causing a lot of stress on them, turned out to me such a wonderful experience because of Rose's Daughter. Every detail was covered. My grandmother was brought to tears because the blankets were put on the couches the way she liked it. It was a beautiful thing to see, and brought so much ease to a tough time.
Many issues. My Mom is 97 and so many problems, most apparently minor to Rose's Daughter, but to my Mom added up to a very stressful move. When I called to ask for help or report issues I was left feeling like they didn't care. I was told to talk to appartment manager. We were so hopeful this would be great, but it was not. Ellen
