First off, they were more than 6 and a half hours late!!!!! Our appointment time was 1pm, they showed up at 7:45pm. Poor communication. The phone caller said "we will be a little late". We kept calling for updates. Secondly, Craig was rude, disorganized, and has a major chip on his shoulder. They damaged a leather couch, and cracked a dresser - not surprised with how rough they were. Didn't use packing blankets, etc. Craig blamed the damage on elevator size and dresser quality.....we had previoualy (twice) moved the pieces ourselves with no problems. He was full of excuses for how badly their day had gone. Thanks to his lack of communication and damaging our furniture, our day didn't go well either! Please find someone else to help with your move!
Great Experience! I had Jeff and Wes move our stuff. We have a super heavy bed and couch, heaviest man made pieces of furniture I believe. They moved with care and were exceptionally fast. If you are price shopping or just debating other movers, stop wasting your time. I did all that for you and now my blessing has been cast. Cheers and thanks guys!
I don’t recommend it to anyone to these people are very exepensive and they also charge by the hour for $80 on top the $300 they quote you in the beginning
It will cost you more money to hire friends to help you move and you don't owe them anything afterwards! They do a great job for a reasonable price. Better than anyone I've seen and I work in logistics.
The moving rates were much more affordable than other companies in the area. Jeff and Wesley moved our stuff from a house with stairs to a 2 bedroom apartment. They were rockstars! Got everything moved in under three hours including a 40 minute commute to the new location. They worked very quickly but were also careful not to damage anything. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for affordable and fast movers.
