The Gastroenterology clinic provided some of the worst care I've ever received in my life, by multiple doctors. If you're a fat patient, I would skip this clinic unless you want to experience weight-biased medical care. They are partnered with the weight management clinic so they are primarily concerned with pushing ineffective or mutilating weight loss solutions instead of listening to your needs as a patient and what motivates you toward healthy changes. Their primary concern is not what you came in for, but that you're fat, and they'd like you not to be. No doctors could make me want to take care of myself less than the ones I've seen here.

Parking options are lacking. If you're low-income, expect to find limited free parking options.

The clinics are hit or miss. I have received some of the best care of my life at the Endocrinology clinic. Dr. Lisa Chow is a phenomenal doctor. It's really a top notch clinic. I've used pain management and dermatology as well, and they are good; I've received the right diagnoses and been given lots of treatment options, with the doctors working with me to figure out the best for me. Care coordination between clinics is generally great, pharmacy, cafe, refreshment stations, and lab on-site make service convenient.

I don't think all the doctors/nurses/staff here are bad, but how they structured this building and how they manage patients makes you feel like cattle. I would sooner see this building demolished then go back, but I'm forced to go here again.

Extremely pleased with the level of care, breadth of specialties on staff, excellent nursing staff who really know what they're doing, and infusion center scheduling staff for being so willing to accommodate and be helpful.

I HAVE TO go back here because I need to see a specific type of a specialist. I got the proper referral from my PCP and called CSC to make an appointment. I was on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes (8th in line) before someone got around to answering my call only to find out that this general appointment line doesn't make appointments for the clinic I need. Why have a general appointment line that can't make appointments for the clinics in that building?

The doctor/PA I saw during my first visit completely ignored my thoughts and concerns about being overweight and how I wanted to manage it. I figured this was a one off situation, not all doctors are rude and uncaring, right? Wrong. At my own insistence I was referred to an endo doc because I was worried about being diabetic (again, I MADE THEM refer my to an endo doc, they didn't want to. Type 2 diabetes and obesity go hand in hand, why would a weight management doctor not be concerned about this?). When I come back for my visit with the endo doc I was put in a room and the nurse made a big deal about what chair I was sitting in and that it was 'not the right size' for me. She then proceeded to find a bench seat for me. This was an absolutely humiliating experience. Not only that, but my doc was 20 MINUTES LATE for a 30 minute appt. The nurses told me she wasn't even in the building and they couldn't get a hold of her. When she finally arrived and told her I was concerned about being diabetic. She totally shot me down. She proceeded to prescribe me meds that I told her I didn't want to take because of the side effects and sent me on my way. I canceled all my follow up appointments, because frankly, I gave up. They didn't listen, and didn't seem to care.

Checking in is a hassle because they do not have a reception desk. You have to find someone wondering around with a tablet. In the early days these people did not wear uniforms (I don’t know if they do now) so you didn't know if it was another patient or a staff member. Also, you're talking publicly out in the open about potentially sensitive information with anyone in ear shot to hear. When you leave and you need to schedule a follow up appointment you are directed to a cubicle like area. Again, no privacy. When I was checking in for my first round of visits, they didn't have the system up so that I could pay my copay, and then on the 4th visit when it was up and running the woman that checked me in didn't have her password so I couldn't pay it then either. Come a few months later I get a bill for 300+ dollars demanding to be paid immediately.

When I was finally called in, you're ushered into another obnoxiously public area where they get your vitals and weight you. The only thing separating you from the 'room' next to you is a thin curtain. When you actually see a doctor you get a real room with a real door.

In every way, I had an excellent experience with my first and second visits. While I hope to visit less often (staying healthy as an average state of being), I would know one less concern, if/when I am ill enough to need help, is how I may be greeted and cared for at MHealth.

Very friendly staff and people who took the time to answer every question I had about anything I needed. Glad I started to come for my neurology needs only problem I had is parking spots are hard as heck to find so either plan ahead for some time to find a spot otherwise there is no flaws at all

I was transferred to the correct clinic only to be on hold for another 30 minutes (2nd in line). Someone finally picked up, I told them my issue, what I needed, etc. and they told me they had no idea which doctor I should be seeing. They then put my on another 15 minutes hold so they could go ask the nurses. They told me the nurses didn't know either. He told me he would look into it and call me the next day. Never did so I went to a different clinic. Well that clinic tells me I HAVE to go to CSC for the specialist I need. I told them everything that happened and they said they would send a message directly to the doctor I need and to their nurse.
