Called the store to discuss a garden hose reel we bought. Assumed I would have had to put up a stink because it was purchased 3 weeks ago and I had no receipt to reference (I did not buy it). I called in, explained my story to someone who said they would take care of me one way or the other and said to come to the store and ask for Victor. I did just that literally 15 minutes later. I asked for Victor, who unfortunately for him was on lunch break, but he came up front anyway. He took a look at the hose reel and where it was leaking and realized right away that the washer was shot- it was over tightened (again, not by me). He took the hose reel outside the store after installing a better grade washer, set it up to their outside spigot, and it leaked no more. He gave me an extra washer for my hose at home. Nothing leaked when I got home. Thanks Victor. Very refreshing!!

People are always helpful. Older staff are very knowledgeable. Younger staff are helpful, but you may want to run things by older staff just to make sure they didn't miss anything.
