This place is great. They have nice tools for an affordable price. Their staff is very helpful and friendly. I will go back without hesitation.
Return policy is excellent. Huge variety of tools Not found in hardware stores or big box stores. Decent prices especially during their frequent sales.
WOW! Can I just give a shout out to Joe and Dave?! My husband and I came here on Black Friday and as soon as we walked in the door, Dave greeted us with his loud, but yet friend voice from behind the registers. You could always find an employee to help you if you had any questions. They never acted like you were wasting their time or that you were asking stupid questions. Super nice, professional staff, and really defines what true customer service should be! Being at Harbor Freight really puts your faith back in humanity. Dave was so sweet to help a lady out by carrying her 3 ton Jack for her when she was shopping by herself. Joe ringed us up at the registers and was so knowledgeable about the tools we bought and mentioned other things such as warranty on the tools, etc., pretty much everything we would need to know being owners of the tools. This is the kind of customer service I wish all stores would strive towards because every consumer deserves the best. I've been in customer service 10 years in different industries and this store definitely has the true definition of customer service down!
Save with the harbor freight app and online email coupons. They have most everything for hand, air and power tools. And most Pittsburgh hand tools are lifetime warranty. Plus their prices are exemplary.
This is a great place to shop. They have just about every kind of tool you will ever need. Their return policy is second to none.a large parking lot for easy in and out. The employees are friendly and know where to find anything in the store even after I walked past it, twice.
