Called @5:30. They close at 6. Needed an immediate piece of glass cut. Called and was assured they could take care of it today. Drove over immediately. Waited at front desk for a while. Finally guy shows up, ignores me, the first in line, and rings out the second customer. When I get his attention, I said "I was told I could get it cut today". He laughs in my face. I left. Frankly I'm not surprised that they couldn't do it. Except that I called and they assured me they could get 'er done.
