New & different exciting flavors as well as old favorites. Hand made delicious ice cream. A little pricey but still worth the visit.
For dessert, pick a gelato flavor and again, enjoy it. It will most likely be the best gelato you've had in the cities.
Don't plan on making this a quick in and out visit. If you can, get a seat on the alley patio. Relax. Have some wine or a coffee. Listen to the leaves rustle the vines.
My absolute favorite ice cream shop in the Twin Cities! Handmade ice cream with unique and classic flavors. Special ice cream drinks, lattes, espresso, etc, san pellegrino, local beer selection and wine can be enjoyed here. Serve delicious and affordable locally sourced food. Great for brunch, lunch and dinner, however limited days and hours. Cafe has seasonal hours. The best part is the atmosphere. There is a lovely patio alongside of the building. Soft lighting at night with large pots of beautiful flowers and greenery offering plenty of privacy, making the experience cozy. Feels as though one is in a small city in France or Italy. Wonderful place for a first date or romantic dessert spot. Just go here- you will love it.
If you feel up to a meaty meal, get the burger cooked medium. It will be one of the best balanced burgers you'll eat in town.
Prices are a little out of my budget for frequent visits but, man... the outside seating is the bomb! It is so lovely out there that this is my go to place to spend some time catching up with friends over ice cream. They have unusual flavors and will let you try as much as you like before you choose what you want to buy.
Their ice cream flavors are so rich. I love their chai tea latte. They have cozy indoor and outdoor eating area.
