I would walk through a blizzard in -5° weather before I get in another cab with one of these drivers. I assume the bad attitude was rooted in some circumstance that I had no power to change. Seriously, UBER or LYFT... Even if you have to wait a bit, it will be cheaper and worth it.
I waited on the phone line for 30 mins to give feedback as I think that such people shouldn't be on the road. I finally hung up because no one ever answered the phone. I'm still going to try and give feedback to MSP Taxi services.
Pre ordered a cab to the airport, it never showed up and when we called they had no records of us needing a cab.
After today's experience I'm sure I'm not going to trust taxi services like this. Our driver looked unsteady from the start. And his driving was unsafe; at least twice he completely veered off the lane. And when at the end I told that I'm not tipping you because of your bad driving, he started using bad abusive language.
This was a WHITE MINIVAN #6225. STAY AWAY!!
Long wait. .broken down car..asked me for directions. ..couldn't understand him as he barely spoke English. ..uncomfortable. .just a terrible experience.
Stay away. Go UBER / Lyft.
