Black Tie has great staff and sharp tables. I have seen this team in action at two events and everyone enjoyed playing the tables!
Our company had a party with them at a winery in St Louis Park. A couple of dealers weren't very professional, and had cheating down to an art. Most of the players at the cheating tables won every hand of of cards for the night and later won nearly all of the prizes. The winners at the cheating tables were elated, while the rest of my coworkers just watched as the cheating tables took all of the prizes. I'd never recommend Black Tie Casino after my experience with them.

They responded only once -right away to my initial email but they never responded after that and I reached out 4 more times. STAY AWAY from this group-dont waste your time, effort or money.
Worst customer service ive had in a log time. Asked a simple question about a no money involved craps game for a store xmas party. Basically got hung after getting a very rude anwser. Wont be recommending them for anything.
