Bit smelly. But cheap and got the job done
Chinese lady working main lobby is rude . I got into it with her. she wasn't friendly she wasn't trying to help people with customer service. They never pick up the phone. The lady at the main lobby when you first walk in with the bunch of makeup said theirs job isn't to answer phones. This bus station had a bag with a loaded gun traveling there and they didnt do any precautions they didn't even know.
It's a greyhound station. You get to where you need to go. Don't march in here demanding nor aggressive. You will get that served to you. Be kind, well mannered and you will get just that.
Let me summarize my trip: people never get line, bus delayed, heat on bus didn't work, battery almost run out in the middle of the street, bus come back at 3:00am and security refused to open the doors let all the passengers outside when the weather was -12 degree. I strongly recommend every one to find other transportation instead the greyhound. Anyone who don't believe me can go ahead and give it a try.
The phone number is a fake!! They do NOT answer. I've complained multiple times about this to corporate, and nothing has been done to fix it. Also, be sure to have a PRINTED TICKET when you arrive, because they WILL NOT print tickets at the gate. Instead they will send you across the street to the CVS Pharmacy to print out an actual picture if the ticket from your phone. The staff at the desk there are careless and are rude. The service there really depends on their mood, so be prepared to pucker up those lips to receive the type of service that you've paid for.
