Last time I was in this position they came BACK AT ME with the customer can lie!!! That's a lie it self as I have heard from couple people working a party they got there tip!!
Dealers can't count. Large portion of the dealers are on drugs. As for professional dealers!! Nope no professionals as for management. As soon as stating the law says you must pay overtime after 48 hours they get fired. Dealers get trained 10 minutes before the event. There is nothing professional. Also had many dealers complain about not getting paid. Told they would get travel pay and never got it. When owner is confronted she doesn't use that dealer anymore unless it so suits her needs. Also owner put her own review on here. Owner constantly yelling at dealers and delivery drivers.
When or if customers give tips to dealers to the pit boss/supviser it does not make it to the dealers that work the party! I was told we would get a tip NEVER seen it, come to heard from a few that work that party they got there's!!!! We Was told that my wife and I would get $50 dollar tip from a party last week when my wife ask the owner she said she did not even know about that tip an will look in to it!
Please understand this is very stressful and many others will say the same!!!
Do not work for this company! If you do work for them do not do parties further than 10/20 miles from your home! I was told I would be pay for carrying people to a party, only once was the issue fix but I had to ask for it!!!!
I have worked for this company for quite some time now and have had no issues. In looking at the nature of the business, the job is to entertain the clients guests. There is a reason the business has been around for over 30 years and counting!
