My friends and I went here last week. We were the very first one to get in. The employees were all very friendly. We sat and waited for the crowd. The very kind owner or the manager had offered my friend if we want to get a VIP table, we had decided to decline the offer. We stay there for an hour, drink and dance on the dance floor. It was too crowded so it was hard to dance. The music, they played were AWESOME! We decided to go to another club. We got stamped by hand? I think? To re-enter back to the club. And, left the club to go to another. But a few moment later came back to Aqua again. We re-entered, we were getting ready to show our stamps and id. But the bouncer already knew it was us and let us re-enter. I love this experience. So keep it up with your professionalism!
This place is so racist. They didn't let us in because we are Indian. I have never seen any racist people like this. At first they told us to come back at 10 and then when we went back at 10 they pepper sprayed our eyes and didn't give any reason. We didn't get any help from any one. I wouldn't even give them one start they don't deserve it. They are not humans. I am so frustrated don't understand how some one can treat other humans in 21st century like this. I have never experienced any act of racism but this was extreme. We just moved to Minnesota and I thought that Minnesota was known for being "nice".
This is my go to club but one experience I had at this club is now not my go to. I was clubbing and being a girl I wore heels and my friend wanted to go to the bathroom so we are holding on to eachother because it was so crowded and she accidently bumps into a bouncer which causes the bouncer to grab me and pull me out claiming I was drunk even though I am 18 years old and unable to drink. I came with friends that could drink but I wasn’t drunk at all. So I was pulled to their little lobby area near outside and had to stand because I wasn’t allowed to sit on the floor since my heels were hurting me. They were rude to me and just kept on staring. I felt like these bouncers can’t tell from someone who is drunk and who isn’t. I am not going back to this club.
Had a decent experience when I went there. Efficient staff that got me and my friend in somewhat quickly. It was very busy, so that was not as fun as going through a crowd of drunk people is not the best experience one can have. The staff/security here are professional enough and helped me find my (almost) lost jacket. The clubbing experience is what one can expect and when the night was over, leaving was quite efficient as well. I do not understand all of the negative reviews here as it is a nightclub and not your moms house.
I cant even give one start to this club. We got kicked out for asking where the designated smocking area is but yet we paid $25 to get in! awful customer service!! bouncers need to be trained how to treat their customers. definitely would of fight over the money i paid for if it wasn't for my friends. We paid $100 between the four of us to get in and we didn't have a right to ask question? definitely not going back there ever again! Will spread the words to all the people i know!!
