I had to pick up a delivery for them and they forgot to give me all the orders. So ended up making a second trip back. Me and my boss were pissed about this.
Walked into this joint as new as they come and the staff was very friendly and patient. I got the #4 black bean sandwich and they prepared it with finesse. There is a sense of sadness that overcomes me in anticipation of eating the last bite. They live up to the title of "superior sandwiches". Great food and stupendous service!
Excellent sandwiches. Every time they’ve made a mistake they have almost made it up to me. Great management.
Not sure if say "superior". Norwich was warm at best...the ordering process is kind of stupid and not really well stated. But...the price point is ok, and it was tasty considering what I ordered...which came with nothing but the meat...didn't realize it was a line item order...ill try it once more, hopefully more educated in the ways next time.
This place is somewhat similar to subway just in the way you order your sandwich but way way better in taste than Subway. On days when it is hard for me to decide what to have for my lunch, this place is the option which I never hesitate to take for lunch.
