We Love this place! Employees are all very nice and helpful. We have ordered with them most friday nights for the past 5 months. We love the pizza. One time there was a mistake with our very complicated order, but they more then made up for it. It is a great deal!!!!
We were starved after Super Cross and they brought it to our hotel in under 30 minutes. Wasn't crazy about the Toppers cheesy bread but the pizza was great! Ordered on-line easily & the delivery driver was friendly!
Went in to get a pizza on 3/27/17 and the employee manning the store was very rude, he stared us down while we looked over the menu and when we finally were ready to order we went up to the counter and were not greeted, the employee was acting like we had inconvenienced him by coming into the store, we even asked him what his favorite kind of topper stix was and he seemed annoyed at the question, I never feel so implied to right a review about food service but this guy clearly didn't like his job, we tried to pay with a $100 dollar bill and he laughed at my partner and told him he didn't have change for that, which is fine but there was no need to be rude about it, he rudely pointed out that we could go across the street to holiday and get change but as soon as we left I said screw it, he was rude and there was no point of going to any extra effort to give him our money, I always go to toppers on grand ave and the employees are top notch and this is the first and last experience ill have at this location if I'm going to get laughed at and turned down for trying to give you money, really uncomfortable situation. I didn't bother saying anything to the employee or question him we just left, its fine and I understand you may not have change but you should never laugh or snicker at someone and make them feel stupid for trying to pay you for your service. all and all I love toppers pizza this location just really left a sour taste in our mouths.
Better then most chains thus location is a little so-so.
Their posted hours are never accurate. Loyal customer who has always tipped well. After ordering and taking money, they will often claim driver problems and offer a credit vs a refund. Happened twice now. Won't be fooled again.
