Pizzatook a little longer than expected. The staff was very apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free pizza, which I felt unnecessary. But I appreciate nonetheless. I gave the coupon to a regular mooch on lake. I hope you enjoy your pizza, Brandon. Thank you Lyndal's toppers for being so understanding.
The manager (David/Davis - didn't quite catch the name) is the sole reason I will never order from this toppers again. Completely rude and unprofessional, he lied to me about what happened to my order, yelled at me, then hung up on me.
Wost delivery ever!!!!!!!!! Live 1 mile away and took 2 hours for delivery.. No reason to take that long in september. Called and They said they only have one driver on shift. Not okay clearly not managed by anyone who is competent of being in charge. Employees probably quit due to rude management and that is why they only have one driver
Amazing food and OUTSTANDING service. It’s not often you come across better service than food but in this case it was a record breaker. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much Toppers!
Ordered online because it said they were available for delivery. Ordered at 2:30, said it would be delivered by 3:10. Called at 3:20 and they said it would be an hour & a half wait from then... Then they suggested me to just cancel my order... knew I shouldn’t have tried to order through Toppers, I never have had a good experience with Toppers & for all the trouble to go through it’s not even cheap compared to their competitors. Their website led me on to believe this order would be fulfilled with no problem & they did not contact me to let me know my order would be delayed or what the status of my order was past the delivery time. Would not recommend & will be choosing anywhere but here for pizza delivery next time.
