I can't say enough good things about Jen and Kelsey! We have worked with them on so many pieces of jewelry and every single one has turned out perfectly. They not only designed my engagement ring and coordinating wedding bands but they also created a pendant to compliment a pair of earrings I already had, helped us re-vamp a child's sized ring by removing the stones and creating a new setting for them, and sold us a few other of their pieces that I (apparently) couldn't live without. We no longer live in MN but they will forever be our go-to jewelers. I even just mailed my wedding set to them to be re-sized rather than find someone near me to do it. So, so highly recommend!

New Gild Jewelers is phenomenal! I brought in my wife's diamond wedding ring, a 2 carat emerald cut that had not been cleaned in longer than I care to admit - and in less than 10 minutes - they had it looking brand new! On top of that, they helped find the perfect pair of earrings to complement the ring which made for a great birthday present. And because I sent a note ahead of time with a picture of the ring, they had several earring options available to choose from by the time I arrived. This will forever be my go-to place for any custom jewelry!
I have been lucky enough to know Kelsey for many years and have always been impressed by his work. He made a custom, timeless engagement ring for my fiancé that is absolutely stunning. I know nothing about jewelry, but Kelsey helped me through the entire process making it all very easy and exciting. There are good vibes as soon as you walk into New Gild due to their warm welcome. Awesome space and wonderful customer service. Went in to have our wedding rings fitted and fused. Done quickly and with an amazing finished product. Lots of cool, original jewelry as well that you won't find in bigger chain shops. Highly recommend!
I also had my ring re-sized and had little 'beads' added to the inside of the bands to keep them from rolling. After a few weeks of wear, one of the 'beads' needed to be adjusted and Kelsey took care of that in a matter of minutes when I just stopped in.
I have a unique wedding ring, asymmetrical with a nearly two carat oval blue sapphire. It was in a four prong setting. I really wanted a rose gold bezel. They drew up a mock by taking a picture of my ring and superimposing a rose gold bezel. I was thinking about adding a small ruby, my husband's birthstone, in a small space beside the sapphire. They did a mock up and we decided to go for it! My wedding ring is stellar! Looks like a different ring, but is absolutely perfect! The craftsmanship and dedication to perfection of just what the customer is looking for is beyond compare!
