This is an OUTSTANDING Kay Jewelers! Kimberly and Jesse are a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this location and it's employees. I bought a few rings here and had one of the rings lose a diamond. Kim made the warranty replacement process a breeze. Thank you Kim!!
The lady who sold me the ring was personable and friendly but appeared to not care once she had sold me the ring. She stated she would put a rush on my rings to get them resized in time for me to pick them up before my trip. Once I came to pick them up, I realized that both rings I purchased had never been resized and no one there had even noticed this. Of course after I complained I was able to get a rush resizing within a day.
I've purchased numerous items from the store in Northtown Mall in MN. I recently purchased this necklace, but not at this location. The service and treatment to myself was absolutely horrible! The manager(or they at least told me he was) prejudged me based off the way I looked and dressed. Needless to say I went to another location and purchased the necklace with warranty! Highly unlikely I'll ever purchase from Kay again. I really liked the place until this experience.
I just want to thank Kim and Roger for the most amazing ring shopping experience ever! My girl and I had a blast! Unforunate we had to return the rings for unexpected happenings, however Kim made it easy and smooth for us! When the time is right we will be back!
We went in for a six-month warranty review and the employee just quickly cleaned our rings not very good and said he would take care of the review next time we came in. We had to come back later that day to get another employee to check us in for a six-month warranty review. We went home and realized how terrible our rings looked and how close to voiding warranty we were if we had listened to that employee. The employer was just there to make a sale. He did not want to deal with past customers of Kay jewelers.
