They were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process (despite me freaking out about giving my lady the perfect ring that fits nonetheless). When it came time to propose on Mount Evans in Colorado she was blown away by its beauty!!! The stone and band were perfect, the light hit the stone and man did it sparkle. Plus it fit! They customized and made the ring in house and the details are amazing. She gets so many compliments! Thanks again for helping make this engagement the best it could possibly be. I would highly recommend Knox to anyone looking for an engagement ring. Lindsay did a fantastic job! She educated me on diamonds, rings styles and she always completely answered any questions I had about the process. I had be referred to them by a couple of friends, but I was worried about the cost of custom rings. I found the total ring cost to be very comparable to others in the market, but I got to customize the ring to my fiancees taste. They knew when I needed the ring for my proposal and they did a great job in meeting that deadline and keeping me updated. The ring turned out fantastic and Knox has an above average warranty on their jewelry. Lindsay was great to work with on the ring. She helped and worked with me on things and never tried to pressure me into making any decisions. I can't wait to work with her on the wedding band!
One of the greatest benefits of Knox Jewelers is they send you photo updates of the ring while in production. This really provides peace of mind and my fiancee loved seeing the photos of the production process after we got engaged. Knox Jewelers is extremely professional and I wouldn't choose any other jeweler in the Twin Cities area.

My experience at Knox Jewelers was amazing! Buying an engagement ring for most men is a terrifying experience. Kristin made my experience wonderful! She paid attention to what I was looking for, and never made me feel rushed. I feel lucky I had her to help me along in this process. As for the ring itself, it is simply stunning. Each ring from Knox is made by hand. They also sent updates along the way, to let you see the progress. And best of all because Kristin designed the ring, and Knox made it by hand, my fiance won't see the exact same ring on another woman's finger.
