So nice and caring about my concerns!
Very bad experience third time we came today and disappointed again. Front Desk told on the first day week 5 that we would have an ultrasound on our appointment. We came back on 8 week and nurse greeted us and said that Front Desk made mistake ultrasound would be done when you'll see a doctor. She made an appointment with doctor and when we came back on week 10.5 doctor met us but she said ultrasound wouldn't be done and it will be on the next meeting after 4 weeks. The fact that they lied so many times is just unprofessional! Very disappointed in this clinic.
I am receiving exceptional complex health care from this location when no other place could handle my condition.
I've been going here for 2+ years. The service once you are there is great. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get them on the phone to schedule an appt. or tell them you are in labor, etc. It takes at least 10 mins to get to person every time!!
I absolutely love the providers here! I had the best birth experience thanks to these awesome group of people!
