This is the most ignorant, unprofessional & careless business I've ever come across. Do anything and everything you can to avoid them for your healthcare provider. They care NOTHING about their members. It's all about money. The sad thing is, they're disgustingly rude along with the horrible care they provide. PLEASE, go to another provider! I'm giving you a heads up & saving you from a nightmare experience/experiences.
