I've used Spruce twice for business events and I can't say enough good things about them. Beautiful flower arrangements, friendly service, and timely delivery- all things that make my life much easier when I am coordinating big events. I'd recommend them to anyone!
It is adorable inside, and stylish. I can't wait till they open so I can buy some fresh cut flowers.
I met with Sarah to arrange flowers for my son's wedding. We then exchanged emails, and I selected flowers. When I sent the next email, I was told that she had accepted a deposit from another client for my date- even though I was never asked for a deposit, and no attempt was made to contact me about our wedding plans before canceling us. In my opinion, this behavior was quite unprofessional. When I called to ask what had happened, I was told she was very sorry but was no longer available for our event. If you decide to use this florist, be sure your deal is in writing quickly, even if you are told your date is secure. 0 stars.
They have a giant walk in cooler for the flowers (well, it was being built when I went in) and they sell these little vases that I want. They sell pillows too, but the focus is the flowers. Amy (the owner) said to me: "I want buying flowers to be as fun as getting flowers."
