DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!!! I ordered flowers for a friend and they claim they delivered them to the nurses station on her floor but she never received them. After 6 phone calls where he gave me excuse after excuse he said he would make good on the order and deliver to her house. Never followed through.
I ordered flowers for my fiancé on Sunday night and they were supposed to be delivered on Monday and were never delivered, I had a family member call and see if they could be redelivered 3 separate times. I'm currently deployed so I had no way of contacting them since they don't have an email address and I had to have a family member call to receive a refund. I've never had problems with any florist like I did this one. Absolutely terrible.

Always receive the most gorgeous arrangements at the best prices around! I definitely get my money's worth & he always throws in extra. He will work with any budget for any occasion! Ernie is definitely the guy to go to for all your flower needs...also the freshest flowers around! My last arrangement lasted almost 3 weeks, and I only paid $20 for it! I was very thrilled!
Classic florist. Great customer service. I needed some flowers in a pinch, walked in without notice, was helped and happily on my way fast. Chicago Lake Florist is one of a kind. I recommend this establishment, and will be back for roses again soon.
