Great vehicle, not "happy" with my service. I made it the simplest sale ever, picked it out online, I didn't need to test drive it, I didn't need financing, I told them I was in a hurry have all the paperwork ready so I can sign and leave. 2 hours later I was finally able to leave.

I definitely will not purchase from this location again.

They will rip you off every chance they get. I purchased a Cadillac CTS from them and not only did they rip me off they tried to over charge me when my lease was up by charging me $500 to refinance. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ended up going to Key Cadillac who only charged $75.00 for the exact same service.

In 5 days my current permit expires and I will no longer be able to use the vehicle in my taxi business in Southern, MN.

The used car I had purchased had issues, but they were helpful in providing me with a loaner and letting me switch to a different vehicle. They were very helpful through the stressful process.

Had a terrific buying experience at Morrie's Golden Valley Cadillac this week. It all started when I was out of town in Arkansas. I noticed that they were bringing in a Used Vehicle that I was interested in. I called Nathan H. to let him know I would come in as soon as I returned, which I did the following Monday. Another Sales person, Jim M., helped me after I arrived at Morrie's after I had made my way from Wisconsin to Morrie's. The following Thursday, I finalized the paperwork and drove home with my new(used) vehicle. The customer experience that was afforded me by the team at Morrie's was exceptional. Thanks go out to all the employees who made it possible.

I had a great experience working with Bob! No pressure, calm and relaxed demeanor. He was able to answer all my questions. The dealership was clean and exemplified professionalism.

I bought the car in July, now in December the title still has not been transferred into my name. I lost my Uber certification cause plates are expired, I can't get my personal plates assigned to the car cause the VIN isn't in my name, I can't get a new permit from the DMV cause the VIN isn't in my name.
