Had a great experience. The sales person that I worked with was knowledgeable, nice, and had no pressure throughout the whole entire process which made it very easy for me to purchase my car through you guys.

Overly cocky sales manager, along with damaged vehicles they tried to play off as "oh, didn't notice that thank you, I'll have my guys look at it". I always assume there will be the low offer for a trade, but they will go lower then that. Offering an insulting price for your trade, be careful. Know your cars value and the trending prices for the vehicle first before talking with them. After I had the used car sales manager point blank tell me that we were going to make the numbers work and I was buying. Then when he low balled me out of even being at a point of negotiating, he didn't show his face again. For example, I was told the cost of replacing 2 O2 sensors on my trade, was a wash to the chrome bumper and step bars on a 2015 Sierra SLT being damaged and rusting. Miserable experience at this dealership. Went to another dealer, better vehicle without damage, cheaper in price, and got more for my trades.

Top Notch Experience! I was dreading the whole "car buying experience" but Rusty made it totally painless. He was fair, honest, quick, and confident. I am certain we made the right decision by choosing Lupient as our dealership! If you want to avoid the "cheesy salesperson," I suggest you visit Lupient and, even better, ask for Rusty!

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lupient last week. The vehicle was in great condition, test drive was smooth, and I knew this was the Jeep I wanted. I worked with Rusty and Richard on the deal and the negotiation was smooth. The day after I brought the car home, my wife noticed the brakes didn't feel quite right. I drove it and confirmed a slight "shudder" upon braking at any speed that I didn't notice during the test drive. I immediately made an appointment with their service department, and learned the rotors were slightly warped. Richard and Rusty stepped in and spoke to the service department, (without me having to ask) and Lupient machined the rotors free of charge. Problem solved with no stress involved. I would not hesitate to come back here again to purchase a vehicle. Big thanks to Rusty, Richard, and the team at Lupient for a great experience!
