I purchased a Saab convertible with a "clean title" only to find out that it was a lemon law buyback. This information was never disclosed to me during the purchasing process. I have asked for some form of resolution. I received the automated reply but never has anyone from this dealership reached out to me to make anything right. The vehicle has virtually no value on the market. I was hoping to hear back from them and have some kind of offer to buy the vehicle back, at a lesser price than I paid, but a fair number since I was deceived in this purchase, but no reply. I would avoid doing any business without seeing a title prior to making an offer.

Wow I love this place! Max is such a patient guy. I purchased a beautiful used SAAB and shortly thereafter the check engine light came on and I was like uh oh. I took it back and talked to Max who told me not to worry about it as they would fix it no problem. While it was in being fixed they balanced the tires, polished the rotors and changed the spark plugs. I didn't even ask them to do these things. Max just did all that stuff for free! I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Import Auto Sales. You won't be disappointed.
