They are closed on weekends; storefront is under construction; don’t go there unless you enjoy eating on a job site
Staff have run out of sh*its to give. Woman taking my order was actively talking to a coworker as I was trying to speak to her and looked annoyed when I interrupted to PAY. As I was paying, I was asked if I wanted to tip the cashier?? Since when is *that* a thing?
This location has the worst customer service. Some of the workers truly don’t care. Ordering food is stressful since not one knows how to do their job
Walked over to pickup area and saw on the order board that I was second in line. Then I waited, and waited, and waited for almost 20 minutes to get a single sandwich and coffee. When I picked up my coffee, it wasn't even half full! I asked the woman behind the counter to fill the rest and she just walked away without a word and came back 3 minutes later with a new coffee (which was still not full).
Went into Panera today (8/30) to grab a late lunch. A woman was waiting for her food in front of me who appeared to be partially blind. One of the workers came around and filled up her water bottle for her and helped walk her out of the store to get her to her destination. Great act of kindness and nice to see. I didn't catch the name of the employee but kudos to her.
I can put up with a fair amount of stressed-out attitude when a place is super busy but I was 1 of 4 customers in the entire store. I won't irritate them with my money again.
Able to customize my order no matter where. . . if I'm at the downtown store or at The Mall of America. I'm sure its relative to the distance though.
