First off, they sell quality products. I was looking for a cro-mo bike for myself and found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I came back two months later and had a bike built for my wife to her specs from the frame-up. It came out great and the price was unbeatable.

The staff at Alt are the absolute best! They took the time to make the adjustments needed to make sure I had a comfortable riding bike. Being new to the area, I checked out many other shops. Shopping for a new bike had become a discouraging experience, i.e. "buy what's on our floor & get used to it". Other shops said they could order bikes for me to test ride, but I'd have to purchase them first or make a large down payment on the bike. I'm a cycling lifer, have had road, town & mountain bikes, and know what I'm looking for. While other shops told me that what I was looking for probably didn't exist, Alt had a bike that they could readily set up perfectly for me. They couldn't have been easier and more pleasant to deal with. I've been to the rest & finally found the best!
The staff is attentive to detail and personable. No snobbery like so many other shops.
