Good
Store Manager Cheryl (sp Sheryl?) ruins the ECCO brand name. My boyfriend dislocated his shoulder and needed to buy shoes that were slip-ons as he couldn't tie laces easily. We were going on vacation and planned to do a lot of walking and ECCO had always been a reliable brand for him so he bought a pair of shoes at this store. In the end he didn't end up wearing that pair of shoes because he brought them home and wore them around the house and one was smaller than the other. There wasn't time to return them in the week before our trip and we were gone for three weeks. He went to return the shoes even though it had been over the "30 day return policy" fully accepting that they'd probably give store credit because it was over the time limit. Cheryl wouldn't do anything for him whatsoever with the only reason being "the policy" which she as the store manager could easily have overridden if she cared about her customers at all. The exact pair of shoes he was holding is literally sitting on their shelf still being sold at this moment. His are in perfect condition with the exception that they are defective because one is smaller than the other! One of the staff was working that sold him the shoes the day he came in wearing his sling and he felt really bad and acknowledged that the store policy was awful but Cheryl already said a cold "NO" so there was nothing he could do. Cheryl even laughed when he left saying "oh well, you'll wear them!". No Ma'am, he won't, and can't because they're defective. I am disgusted by this store, so much for ECCO being a good brand.
