Was there two years ago for PT following total knee replacement. Both the physicians upstairs and personnel in the PT office were as good as I would expect them to be. Very professional and knowledgeable. Back this week after getting my other knee replaced this week. All continues to be on a very high level of professionalism. I can recommend them highly.
Receptions doesn't have manners or professionalism to do there job. I would not recommend this place, because I suspect nurses and doctors are the same way no respect for patients and care. Commonly deal with paranoia and laugh.
They claimed to have faxed my referral to Ortho Rehab, but it was never received and I was billed over $700.
I went here twice for hip pain that I've had door six years. I was diagnosed with femoroacetabular impingement. Both times they sent me through physical therapy even though I was told I need corrective surgery or I'll have to have a hip replacement by the time I'm 35 (I'm 21 now).
Great Drs and great staff. Have been seen here for years! Many ortho surgeries and apts. I always have been given the BEST CARE and attention! Dr. J. Johnson and Dr. S. McGarvey are top in their fields!

Because of this and because I haven't gotten the corrective surgery I need, in virtually bed ridden from pain.
Called into today because there was an issue with my physician notes, the receptionist actually laughed at me when I attempted to get a hold of my physician. I would not recommend TC to my enemies.
I'm at a different doctor now who doesn't like Twin Cities Orthopedics and wants to send me to Gillette Children's Hospital. However, Twin Cities Orthopedics hasn't released my records to my doctor yet and we've been trying to get them for over a month. They claimed to have sent them, but my doctor never received them.
