Dr. Spahr is very personable, knowledgeable, and inquisitive. He consistently asks for feedback and input to determine how best to customize treatment for your individual needs.
For me, the Downtown Minneapolis location is fantastic, and they validate parking in the tunnel-connected parking ramp across the street.
I took a chance on this clinic because it was close to my house and the reviews were excellent; boy am I glad I did! By far the best PT experience I have ever had. Dr. Spahr effectively doubled the range of motion in my wrist within two months. He is a fantastic PT whom I would highly recommend to anybody. He is highly personable and seems eager to grow his business through patient satisfaction and outstanding care. Also just a generally kind, good person. Simply cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience at PRO Therapy! Dr. Spahr is very personable and professional. I'm grateful for his consideration of patient needs and goals. Plus, he really knows his stuff! We were able to utilize many new avenues of physical therapy to fully alleviate pain and get me back to 100% before my busy work season. I strongly recommend checking this place out.
Dr.Spahr was very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful. I appreciated that he went beyond traditional exercise techniques and was willing to try as many techniques as necessary to get the most out of our time. Dr. Spahr is great! Worked with him with some back and leg issues I’ve had for years, and thought I would have for the rest of my life. He clearly works very hard to stay current and is constantly educating himself on new technologies and techniques, and it shows. I saw him for several months and my back and leg pain is completely gone. It’s also really nice that he works in the same office with a fantastic chiropractor and massage therapists, so it’s really a one-stop shop. Don’t waste your time with other physical therapists. I’ve seen a lot of them. He’s the best.
