One of the staff came in and told everyone the movie would be 10 to 15 mins late and they offered free refills for people with small or medium drinks and popcorn,
UPDATE: Michael did an amazing job following up with me and making things right. I truly appreciate him taking the time to email me and discuss this matter with his staff. I will continue coming back from my experience with Michael alone!
Not the most up to date theatre seating, but not overrun for Last Jedi premiere either. Good sound, but not great. Concessions are pretty ordinary. But plenty of free parking.
What do you know the movie starts for a split second and then turns off imidietly lights turn back on, then the room gets dark again and the movie acxualy starts! Yes!
So the time had passed it was 7:38 And I had told the person I was with that if the movie does not start at 7:40 We should just go,
All hope was lost, we walked out asked for a refund for our movie and a refund for our condiments, we got nothing but rudeness from one of the people.

Then to find out the movie had no sound literally no sound it was 7:50 when we just gave up.
The quality of the service and this place is going waaay down! I saw a late night showing and my experience was terrible. A few kids kept talking throughout the movie and were very loud. I took it upon myself to try and quiet them twice before going out to find an employee. NO one was there! What if there was an emergency? I'd rather spend the extra couple of dollars to go somewhere where the staff are on top of things.
Also the theater floor was covered in soda and they never intended to clean it up, they told people at the begging that it was there but later on no

Good staff and prices. Know there is not stadium seats. Cool retro vibe.
