I had my documents and I don't think I spent 15 minutes in the place. My passport is coming the end of the week. Don't know how it could have been better.
I have visited this office three times. Each time, I had an appointment, and the transaction was flawless. This office is the best example of great service from a government agency that I have experienced outside of Singapore. Great job!
As mentioned, only white people are dealt with lawfully. We even had some imbecile agent request the exact same documents that had just been mailed in. No worries though, eternal hell fire will settle the matter for people of this nature once and for all, at God's appointed time. Amen and amen.
We went in for a morning appointment, and were in and out within about 45 minutes from start to finish. Will pick up the passport book tomorrow. Honestly, the whole passport process was pretty reasonable. I highly recommend using this location if you need it in a hurry (or even if you don't, it's worth waiting to be able to pick it up yourself and not send it through the mail!)
I wish there was a better way to enter the building that the steps at the front. We were here with a stroller, and carrying it up the steps was not ideal. (We walked 3 sides of the building, so it's possible a better entrance was on the 4th?)
Every person we dealt with was amazing! We were able to get a replacement passport within 7 hours and make our international flight. They were kind, respectful and very understanding. The best experience I've had with a federal agency!
