As a recovering catholic, I’d pretty much given up on the idea of finding a church that myself and my family would fit in....then, we stumbled upon Jacob’s Well and fell in love with their friendliness, humble and practical approach to what church can be. Jacob’s Well challenges the status quo around mainstream church. I find it refreshing that Jacob’s Well welcomes questions rather than handing out cookie-cutter answers. It’s a community that acknowledges the fact that life is messy; and I appreciate that they are not afraid to talk about real life issues that matter.
Jacob's Well is does things differently than the 'conventional church'. Services don't have a lot of liturgy and messages are focused on daily life. I really appreciate the emphasis on community, and the tasteful music choices. This is a good place to grow in relationship with God and other people.
