Too high of a price for an average service. I was willing to look past the old, tired, lackluster customer waiting area for a well-done express detail. I've gotten better work from Downtowner in St. Paul with lower price and better ambiance. The people were nice enough. Just nothing spectacular for the premium price. Also still had some smudges on mirror and windshield (on the inside), quite a bit of cleaner residue and strong cleaner smell. Might be okay for a quick run through but again I would check prices at other places and see how far your dollar really goes.
Worst car wash experience ever at Paradise Car Wash on Lyndale! Employees not only not friendly or nice, but downright rude. They up-sold me to a $35 wash because I needed extra vacuuming to remove dog hair. Fine, but when car came through with carpet still hairy, they pointed fingers at fellow coworkers and tried to tell me it would be an additional $20. I argued my case, and they took their sweet time, but another half hour later, the dog hair was sufficiently removed. Got into car, and they hadn’t even wiped down any of the screens on the dashboard, and one window was completely missed on the interior. Friend was right behind me in the line, got basic $15 wash, and her car came out same time as mine—so don’t bother with paying for any extras, because they obviously give everyone the basic wash no matter what. Never ever going back.

Got an interior detail on a rainy day. Results were good but not great. Little blue bits everywhere, possibly from a rag, dash was spotty and windows were a disappointment. Still had spots on them as though someone simply ran a rag over them without really cleaning them. It's hard to complain too much, since I thought the cost was very reasonable; I'll definitely go back and try again all things considered.
I am always so pleased with this car wash. The manager is excellent and the work they do is great. I proud of how clean my car looks and it has almost 190k miles and looks great. Had the vinyl and leather cleaned today, not like new but unbelievably close. Also threw in tire clean and shine. Also had them detail my motorcycle this year, it was an excellent job and so reasonably priced. They even gave me a ride home to work while they cleaned up my toys!
Paid 230.00 for a detail and since it was a Tahoe an extra 40 to clean "all the way back" then they dident even wash the back 3 windows. Disappointed. Keep your money. Move on. Better off getting a touchless wash at bp or holiday then at least you get to keep your change from the center counsel and whatever else they steal on the way threw.
