New owners understaff. It took thirty minutes to get my car washed. The new owners also no longer honor the free extirior rewash if it rains within 24 hours. I will have to look elsewhere as I wash three different cars a week oftentimes.
Wow. I can't believe I've never been here, despite living within a mile for years. Fair prices, and the detail on the VIP package ($27 or so) exceeded my expectations. It's a well run business and I'd recommend cleaning out your car of all items so they can easily detail it and go the extra mile. Also, there's snacks/drinks/car related items to purchase in the heated waiting room, which is a nice bonus. Thoroughly impressed.
paid for supreme wash looked like my interior was barely touched dash still dusty back of seats scuffed up floor Mat liners still dirty no tire shine or wheel bright questioning what was even done.... just took out my weather tech mats my floors look liked they weren't vacuumed. That was a waste of 30$
Good car wash, but one has always check if they vacuum properly. I always have to ask the guy at the end of the service to clean up again for the quick, shoddy job done at the beginning of the line.
The last 2 visits I have had to ask them to complete the cleaning, vacuuming or wheels. I buy the premium package and used to get decent service. I would stop going but I bought 10 washes in advance four a discounted price. I can only hope it gets better.
